Objective of the Training
Ever since start Information Technology has grown at an alarming pace. Software Development tools and open source have become big buzz words of the modern era. Management is another field that has seen a huge demand among the corporate. Every professional needs to be a good manager, no matter what domain he comes from. A good knowledge over these fields, coupled with an imposing personality can make any professional excel in his/her field.
The condition in the Indian Context is quite depressing. Lack of knowledge leads to low pace of development for the individual, the corporate and the country at large. This condition can be felt at the IT and ITES industry where there is an immediate shortage of trained professionals who can deliver quality work according to the present needs.
Even though the requirement in the IT and ITES industry is massive, only 25% of the desirous students are able to get a professional training in these domains. This makes the rest 75% unemployable.

Inconsistent Foundation: Syllabus, curriculum and coverage are not complete. The faculties are highly short |

Only 15% of these 25% people possess professional skills like communication skills, personality, project management etc. These mainly belong to the urban population. Their counterparts are mostly unemployed and require 3 times more effort.
ABV-IIITM Gwalior has taken a novel step in this regard. It is determined to provide high quality training to about 50 professionals all around the country. The course of the training has been carefully designed to ensure its applicability in the corporate. The 12 week programme will help in guiding the professionals all round the country for excellence in Technology and Management and to keep then updated about the latest developments in the community.
